Tripp’s Meat Co. is a locally owned Meat Market and Wild Game Processor in Montgomery, Texas, serving hunters and families throughout Montgomery County and the surrounding communities.
We believe good food starts with knowing where your meat comes from and knowing the people you’re trusting to handle it.
As hunters ourselves, we understand what goes into bringing an animal home. A successful hunt represents time, preparation, money, and memories—and when you bring that animal to us, we don’t take that responsibility lightly.
We also believe families should have access to quality meat year-round. That’s why Tripp’s is more than a wild game processor. Our meat market offers carefully selected beef, pork, chicken, sausage, and other specialty products in freezer boxes for families who want to stock their freezer with meat they’re proud to serve.
A Familiar Tradition. A New Name.
Many local hunters knew this location as Fleming’s Wild Game Processing.
When we took over the business, we didn’t start from scratch. We purchased the property, equipment, recipes, customer relationships, and operating knowledge that had been built here over the years. We also retained the experienced management and processing operation.
The name changed to Tripp’s Meat Co., and we’ve expanded the business to include a year-round meat market—but our commitment to wild game processing remains.
If you’ve trusted this shop with your deer before, you’ll find that familiar
processing tradition here at Tripp’s.

Meet the Owners
Jared Sacchieri
Owner | Lead Butcher
Jared runs the day-to-day operations at Tripp’s, making sure the processing side of the business stays organized, efficient, and held to a high standard.
He’s also the guy behind much of the hands-on work. From hand-cutting steaks and trimming roasts to preparing chicken, sausage, and other products. Jared takes pride in making sure the meat leaving our shop is something we’d be proud to put on our own table.
Jared is a lifelong hunter, so he understands what goes into bringing an animal home. He knows that quality starts in the field—and that the processor has a responsibility to protect that quality all the way through the finished product.
Jared and his wife have three kids, and their family spends plenty of time outdoors hunting, fishing, and enjoying the wildlife God has provided to us. For Jared, family and stewardship is a big part of why Tripp’s exists in the first place.

Jake Sacchieri
Owner | Strategy & Growth
Jake focuses on the business logistics, customer experience, marketing, and growth of the company. He is passionate about building a local business that people know, trust, and are proud to recommend to their friends and neighbors.
For Jake, Tripp’s is about more than selling meat; It’s about building something that local families like, trust, and benefit from for years to come while maintaining the personal service that makes a local business different.
Outside of Tripp’s, Jake is an insurance agent, a husband, and a father of three girls. He enjoys spending time outdoors, playing guitar, and grilling for the family.
Jordan Sacchieri
Owner
Jordan helps guide Tripp’s Meat Co. as an owner, contributing to the long-term direction and growth of the business.
Outside of Tripp's, Jordan works as an insurance advisor and enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, hunting & fishing, and serving at his church.
